On behalf of the Vietnam Arthroplasty and Arthroscopy Society (VAAS), the Asean Arthroplasty Association (AAA) we would like to express our sincere gratitude to your company for your interest and support in arthroplasty and arthroscopic surgery activities in the past.

To further strengthen the collaborative relationship between your company and our societies, as well as to contribute to the development of the surgical field in general and the field of arthroplasty and arthroscopy surgery in particular, we kindly request your company's support for the annual scientific conference jointly held by the Vietnam Arthroplasty and Arthroscopy Society (VAAS) and the Asean Arthroplasty Association (AAA).

The conference, themed "REGIONAL SOLIDARITY, GLOBAL IMPACT" will feature experts from across the nation and around the world, including the United States, South Korea, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, etc. This event serves as a vital gathering for members to exchange experiences and update their knowledge, ultimately enhancing their proficiency in medical examination and treatment. It also presents an excellent opportunity for companies to introduce their latest products to members who might have limited access to such innovations.

The conference is scheduled to take place on June 25th – 27th, 2026, at the Ariyana Convention Centre DaNang – No 107 Vo Nguyen Giap, Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang City.

The organizing committee is pleased to announce the sponsorship levels as follows:

I. DIAMOND SPONSORSHIP: $30,000 or more. Benefits include:

• Prominent display of the logo on invitations, event programs, and conference banners.
• Four exhibition booths placed at the entrance of the conference hall.
• Complimentary invitations for 25 Vietnamese delegates.
• Invitations for 5 company representatives to attend the gala dinner.
• Opportunity for company representatives to speak during the opening ceremony.

II. GOLD SPONSORSHIP: $20,000 or more. Benefits include:

• Large logo placement on invitations, event programs, and conference banners.
• Three product exhibition and advertising booths.
• Complimentary conference invitations for 20 Vietnamese delegates.
• Invitations for 4 company representatives to attend the gala dinner.

III. SILVER SPONSORSHIP: $15,000. Benefits include:

• Medium-sized logo placement on invitations, event programs, and conference banners.
• Two product exhibition and advertising booths.
• Complimentary conference invitations for 15 Vietnamese delegates.
• Invitations for 3 company representatives to attend the gala dinner.

IV. BRONZE SPONSORSHIP: $10,000. Benefits include:

• Smaller logo placement on invitations, event programs, and conference banners.
• Two product exhibition and advertising booths.
• Complimentary conference invitations for 10 Vietnamese delegates.
• Invitations for 2 company representatives to attend the gala dinner.

V. PARTICIPATION IN SPONSORSHIP:

• Booth Rental for Product Display and Introduction: $2,000. (Includes a complimentary invitation for one representative to the gala dinner.)
  Note: Please confirm booth rental for product and introduction before April 30th, 2026. After April 30th, 2026, booth rental for product and introduction: $2,500.

• Organizing a Luncheon Symposium: $20,000. (Includes complimentary invitations for 10 representatives to the gala dinner.)
• 10-Minute Product Presentation in the Conference Hall: $8,000. (Includes complimentary invitations for 5 representatives to the gala dinner.)
• Complimentary Conference Invitation for One Delegate: For every VND 50 million (about USD 2,000) in sponsorship.

Additionally, the association welcomes any form of sponsorship and support, whether financial, or in-kind gifts, and will acknowledge contributions in the Conference Proceedings.
